How do I create an infographic?

  • Start with an idea/concept...do you know enough about it to represent it? If not, learn more!
  • Design a rough draft to plan your representation of information. Click here for a handout to use.
  • Decide on visually pleasing colors, clip art/images, and font.
  • Leave space at the bottom of your infographic to cite your sources.

Assignment: Design a infographic on a part of speech (noun, verb, adjective, or preposition) or punctuation usage. You will need to turn in your rough draft as well your infographic printed off in color. Click here for a rubric that will be used to determine your grade.
